Returns & Refund Policy

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once a return has been accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how to send your package. You (the buyer) will be liable to pay for the postage to return the package.

Once we receive the products back, we will issue the refund within 48 hours. Please note that different banks take different lengths of time to process refunds, so it may take longer than 48 hours for the money to appear in your account.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled before the item has been shipped is fully refundable. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
